New Listings in Princeton BC Are Creating Fresh Opportunities This Spring

The Princeton real estate market is continuing to shift this spring, and buyers are seeing more opportunities as inventory levels rise across Princeton, Coalmont-Tulameen, and Princeton Rural.

According to the latest April market statistics from the Association of Interior REALTORS®, the number of homes for sale in the Princeton area has increased noticeably compared to last year. Princeton itself saw active listings rise from 52 homes in April 2025 to 65 homes in April 2026 — a 25% increase.

This increase in inventory is giving buyers more selection and flexibility than we’ve seen in previous spring markets. Whether you’re searching for a family home in town, a recreational property near Tulameen, or an acreage in Princeton Rural, there are more options becoming available across all price ranges.

While Princeton experienced growth in available listings, some surrounding areas saw inventory tighten:

* Coalmont-Tulameen listings decreased by 33.3%
* Princeton Rural listings decreased by 20%

That combination is creating an interesting market dynamic. In-town Princeton inventory is growing, while rural and recreational properties remain more limited — especially in sought-after locations near lakes, trails, and outdoor recreation areas.
